Too high waisted

This is something personal, but still I can't give a good rating to something that I don't like. I do not like high waisted, but this is an exaggeration, almost like I was wearing a one piece. Just buy the bottom because I wanted the top.

The top: I loved it
But this bottom is TOO high.
